Service and Maintenance
For all equipment covered under warranty, service call outs will be attended within 48-72 hours during our working hours, 8.30 AM -6 PM Sunday to Thursday.
For machines with expired warranty, please send us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with the price for your service.

Warranty Terms and conditions
- The warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed during the period of warranty.
- Warranty starts from the day of equipment delivery and installation.
- The equipment is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the operation manuals, technical specifications or any other similar documents supplied with the equipment, and the failure is due to internal device characteristics.
- Any defect caused by misuse and/or neglect will not be covered under warranty.
- The warranty will be invalid in case of a third party installation or maintenance done to the equipment other than Al Yousuf Sports Equipment authorized service engineers.
- The warranty will not cover any parts loss due to storing or shifting of the installed equipment.
Warranty services will be provided under the following conditions:
- Immediate and effective notification to Al Yousuf Sports equipment about determined defect.
- The commercial invoice should be submitted to Al Yousuf Sports Equipment.
