Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

The eligibility for purchase return will only be valid if the item(s) was not installed and placed inside the original sealed boxes, at that point the return will also be subjected for review and reason validation.

After Al Yousuf Sports Equipment authorized team delivers and installs the purchased item(s), the return will not applicable.

 

Refunds

Al Yousuf Sports Equipment will only refund a purchase in case of a mistake occurred under the company’s responsibility (ex: website /transaction error) other refunds /exchange/returns are not supported by the company’s policy.

 

Refund Duration

In case a refund was approved and processed the amount will be refunded/credited back to the original payment method, duration varies as per bank policies and procedures, please check with your bank for more details.

 

Exchanges

A purchased item(s) will only be eligible for exchange with the another item of the same model in case a malfunction or a manufacturing defect was detected by Al Yousuf Sports Equipment authorized service engineer.

Once the purchased item(s) is delivered, fully assembled and tested by the authorized engineer, the item cannot be exchanged. Any other inquiry will be subjected to warranty terms and conditions.
